Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and SMS, enabling you to monitor your delivery status in real time.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders above ₹1,599 (excluding GST), within eligible delivery zones.

For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and package weight.

Non-Damaged Returns:
- If a product is returned without a valid reason (e.g., no verified damage), the customer shall bear the cost of:
  - Initial shipping (forward shipping)
  - Return shipping (back to origin)
- These charges will be deducted from the total refundable amount, if applicable.
Damaged or Approved Returns:
- If a return is approved due to valid product damage (as per the Return & Refund Policy), all shipping charges — both forward and return — will be fully covered by us.
Refused Delivery Without Approval:
- If the customer refuses delivery at the doorstep without prior written cancellation confirmation or without immediate and valid proof of product damage, the order will be considered fulfilled, and no refund or return shipping compensation will be provided.
- Any additional shipping, handling, or disposal fees incurred will be charged to the customer.

While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier issues, or high order volume.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services but will assist you in tracking and resolving issues to the best of our ability.

By placing an order, you agree to our Return & Refund Policy and acknowledge the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy, including your responsibilities in the case of returns or refused deliveries.
